Inventory
The cellar table, locations, moving wines, categories, bulk actions and history.
- InventoryThe inventory is the table of every wine in your cellar: what you have, how many bottles, what you paid, what you sell it for and where it sits. You search it, filter it, sort it and edit quantities, prices, notes and wine list categories in place.
- LocationsLocations are the folders of your cellar: a room, a fridge, a rack, a shelf. You nest them up to three levels deep and put bottles in them.
- Move winesMove wines takes bottles, and opened bottles in centiliters, from one place in your cellar to another: from a location to a location, from Uncategorized into a location, or out of a location back to Uncategorized.
- Categories and tagsWine list categories decide how your wine list is grouped and in which order.
- Cellar profileThe cellar profile is one wine in your cellar, opened as a panel over the inventory. It holds everything you know about that wine: prices and margins, how many bottles sit where, its history, its wine list settings and its details.
- Bulk actionsBulk actions let you change many wines at once. On the web you tick rows in the cellar table and a bar appears with three actions: set a wine list category, move the bottles to another location, or delete the wines from the cellar.
- Cellar historyCellar history is the log of everything that moved in and out of your cellar: bottles and glasses sold through the POS, bottles you removed or added by hand, wines you added, and wines you deleted.
