Cellar home
Cellar home is the dashboard you land on when you open your cellar. It sums up what you have (labels, bottles, regions, producers), what it is worth (buying price and market value over time), what moved recently (the last entries and the yearly totals of cellar history), your last stock count, your default wine list, your top styles, regions and producers, and which wines are ready to drink, waiting or overdue. Every card links to the full feature. On the web the home also carries the AI cellar chat, a wine of the month and Vinify blog articles; on iOS it doubles as a search and quick action screen.
It is part of every plan, business and private, on web, iOS and Android.

How to use it
Web
Open Home in the cellar sidebar. The header shows {Cellar}'s cellar with the import button (its label follows a running import: pending, processing, completed with a green Review) and Add wine.
Cards, top to bottom:
- Wines: Labels, Bottles, Regions, Producers, with See all to the wine table.
- Cellar history: the last five entries, with a link to the full history (see Cellar history).
- Cellar value: your total Buying price (ex VAT for business, inc VAT for private) and Market value (Market value add-on or Vinify Plus; otherwise a promo tag and banner), each with the change over the selected period in currency and percent, a line chart (buying price dashed, market value solid) and period buttons 1 M, 3 M, 6 M, 1 Y (3 M by default). Below the chart, up to three wines whose market value changed in the last 30 days, or the note Market value changes: Wines with market value changes in the last 30 days will appear here. See all opens the Market value page.
- {Cellar}'s cellar AI (Beta): the chat that looks up, adds and removes bottles by typing (see AI cellar chat).
- Wine list: your default list with its name and label count, an Excel export button, a share button and Open PDF.
- Stock count: the latest count with Date, Counted and Uncounted bottles, or Start your first stock count when you have none.
- Wine of the month: one wine Vinify highlights.
- Vinify blog articles, rotating every few seconds.
- Top styles (list and pie chart), Top regions (with flags), Top producers: ten rows each by bottle count.
- Drinking window: bottles Overdue, Ready to drink and Wait to drink with a pie chart.
iOS
The My cellar tab. From the top: a search field (Search wines in cellar, results replace the dashboard after three letters) with a filters button; Wines (Labels, Bottles, Producers, Regions, then a row per drinking window bucket that has bottles; tap a row to open the cellar filtered by that bucket and sorted by drink first); Locations (tap to pick a location and open the cellar on it); Cellar value (one month chart you can scrub with your finger, buying price and market value with their change, tap to open the Cellar value screen); Cellar history, This year (Total added, Total removed, Net movement; tap to open the history filtered to this year); Wine list (name and wine count, copy link, Open in the browser; the header opens a sheet with Open, Copy link and Wine list settings); Stock count (Latest count, Counted, Uncounted; a Pro or Plus chip when your plan has no stock count); Top styles (donut and list), Top regions, Top producers (tap a row to open the cellar filtered by it). The floating button opens quick actions: new location, add wine, invoice scan. Pull down to refresh.
Android
The cellar home screen shows {Your name}'s cellar and the cards Wines (Products, Bottles, Regions, Producers, then Ready to drink, Wait to drink, Overdue), Cellar value, 3 months (buying price and market value with their change; a paid chip without market value), Cellar history, This year (Total added, Total removed, Net movement), Stock count (Latest count, Counted, Uncounted; tap to open), Wine list (name and count, copy link, Open, options), Top styles, Top regions, Top producers. Cards other than Stock count and Wine list are not tappable. If loading fails you get an error screen with Retry.
Common questions
Why is my market value missing?
Market value needs the Market value add-on (business) or Vinify Plus (private). Without it the card shows a promo instead of the number.
What period do the changes cover?
On the web, the period you picked under the chart (3 months by default). On iOS, the last month. On Android, the last month, although the card says 3 months.
What does "This year" mean?
On iOS and Android it is the calendar year, from 1 January. The web home does not show the yearly totals.
Which wine list is on the home?
Your default PDF wine list.
Which stock count is on the home?
The most recent one by date, finished or not.
Why do the top lists show empty rows?
On the web each list is padded to ten rows. Cellars with fewer producers or regions see blank rows with 0.
Where does the wine of the month come from?
It is set by Vinify, not from your cellar.
