  1. Bring the cellar in

    Upload the wine list you have, or a delivery invoice, and AI wine import proposes a wine from Vinify’s database for each line it can match. Only the rows you confirm are added, and they land in the cellar location you have open. AI wine import

    Every bottle has a location, every sale and removal lands in cellar history, and the three lists read the same stock, so a wine at zero leaves them on its own. Prices and details live on the wine, not in a second file. Inventory

    Once our team has connected the till, Vinify imports the sales automatically, on most systems yesterday’s sales each morning: a bottle as a bottle and, on all but one system, a glass as its centiliters off the open bottle, every one written into cellar history.
