Wine inventory software for wine shops
The shop lives in Vinify as one cellar: every wine with its quantity, its shelf, its buying price and its selling prices. Sales from the till are reflected in stock, and a repricing round runs as a rule over the whole range instead of label by label.

Four counters, one stock
The shelf in three notebooks
Stock, prices and sales apart
Stock in a spreadsheet, prices on the labels, sales in the till, and none of the three agreeing by Friday. The restock order gets built from memory, a shelf price drifts away from the list price, and the till sells a bottle the shelf no longer has.
The shop on one record
Every wine sits on one cellar record with its quantity, location, buying price and selling prices. The till’s sales come off that stock, repricing runs as a rule over the whole range, and the restock order starts from numbers instead of a walk through the shop.
Three things a shop stops doing by hand
A shop week, on the record
No service rush and no closing count at midnight. A shop’s record is written in deliveries, sales and the occasional repricing round.

Four things a wine shop runs on
Every label with an address
The range lives on one live record: quantity, vintage, bottle size, buying price and selling prices per wine, with the shelf, the stockroom and the window as locations, so a wine’s row answers how many, and its locations tab answers where.
Filter and sort the table like a register, and move, recategorize or delete many rows at once when the range shifts.
See inventoryA price list that holds the line
Each wine carries its buying price and its selling prices, with up to four extra selling prices beside the default where the shop needs a case price or a club price. Multiple selling prices are part of Pro.
The price calculator turns the shop’s margin policy into saved rules: per buying price range, an amount or a percentage on top, read with or without VAT, rounded to numbers a shelf label can wear. A locked price stays exactly where you locked it.

Connect the till and sales come off the cellar without retyping: UniPos and the other daily systems bring yesterday’s sales in each morning, while PCK sends each transaction as it is rung, so those land through the day.
Three of the four retail-leaning systems also carry the selling prices you set in Vinify back to the till; PCK takes sales in and sets up its articles from a file Vinify prepares, so later price changes stay with the shop. Each system’s own page carries the exact behavior.
How the till connectsA count that starts from live numbers
A stock count opens on a chosen date and walks the shop location by location, shelf and stockroom apart, with a switch that shows only what is still uncounted.
In the current count, confirmed rows update the cellar as you confirm them, and every count keeps its own report, exported as PDF or Excel. Stock count is part of Pro.

The independent bottle shop
One owner does the buying, the pricing and the selling, and the range turns with the seasons. The work Vinify takes over is the clerical half: the delivery is booked from the invoice, each row a confirm rather than a retype, the till’s sales come off stock on their own, and the repricing round is a rule rerun rather than an evening with a label gun.
What is left is the half that needs the owner: choosing the range, setting the margins and talking to the customers.
The fine wine merchant
Collectible stock is stock whose worth moves while it sits. With the Market value add-on, the wines Liv-ex tracks carry its market data: value per wine, what rose and fell since last month, and your own prices on the same row for comparison.
An allocation of six is six on the record, with its buying price kept, so the question of what the shelf is worth has an answer better than the sum of the labels.
Stock that ages on the shelf
Grocery stock is interchangeable; wine is not. Vinify keeps vintage and bottle size on every row, so the 2015 and the 2016 are two wines with two prices, and a magnum never passes for two standard bottles on the record. When the supplier list changes vintage mid-year, the shelf record can say so.
Retail systems we connect to
Four of the systems shops run on. Our team sets the connection up with you, and the POS page lists every system Vinify connects to.
What comes with which plan

Yes. Upload it as a spreadsheet, a CSV, a supplier invoice as a PDF or a photo. AI wine import proposes matches against Vinify’s wine database, and the rows you confirm are the ones that land.
UniPos and PCK on the retail side, Lightspeed and OnlinePOS as well, among other systems; the POS page lists every one and what each connection does. Our team sets the connection up with you, and if your system is not on the list, tell us what you run and we will answer honestly.
On most systems Vinify imports the previous day’s sales each morning, so the shelf numbers show yesterday when you open the shop. PCK sends each transaction as it is rung, so those sales land through the day. The exact behavior per system is on its own page.
Yes. Beside the default selling price a wine takes up to four extra selling prices, for a case price, a club price or any use the shop gives them, each slot told apart by a short identifier. Multiple selling prices are part of Pro, and the price calculator’s rules touch only the default.
You write rules per buying price range: an exact amount or a percentage on top, read with or without VAT, rounded to the closest 5, 9, 10, 25, 50 or 100 if you want clean shelf prices. Apply them to the range in one click; the saved rules then suggest prices as you add new stock. Locked prices stay put.
A count opens on a chosen date and starts from live numbers, the shelf and the stockroom counted as separate locations, with a switch to show uncounted wines only. Confirmed rows in the current count update the cellar as you confirm them, and the count keeps a report you can export as PDF or Excel. Part of Pro.
With the Market value add-on, the wines Liv-ex tracks carry its market data: value per wine, your own prices beside it, and a list of what rose and fell since last month. The add-on attaches to any plan; terms are shown at checkout.
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. Nothing is charged today, and you can cancel anytime during the trial at no cost. That gives the shop two real weeks, deliveries included and repricing on a Pro trial, to judge Vinify on its own range.
